Shipping Policy – Rizing Clothing

Thank you for choosing Rizing Clothing. We try our best to provide fast and easy shipping for all of our customers. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Time
For regular drop day orders, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.
For pre-order items, please allow up to 15 business days after the preorder window closes for your order to be shipped. Pre-order items will always be clearly indicated on the product page.

International Shipping
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties charged by your country’s customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for international orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been handed over to USPS, UPS, or DHL, Rizing Clothing is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to help recover your lost package.
